I received the paperwork from Debbie! Excellent stuff.

I have contacted Antero several times. The last time yesterday. The lady said that the Title is in "Suspense" and they have contacted the landman in the area to do some research. I am SO glad my mother was a pack rat. I informed her that I have all the original documents from 1984 where it was recorded with the clerks office from my grandfather's will. I also have documents from the 1990's with the well name on it.

We finally heard back and my cousin hasn't received hers either.

I called and left a message with the state tax office about the issue. (I saw your post with the link on another page)

I am in Tampa, FL. That makes all this digging a challenge. I am beginning to think a trip to Doddridge County is in order. I wish I had gotten in the middle of this while my husband was stationed in KY or MD. I would have been there already. =(
