I believe Chesapeake is so backed up they will not drill until the last year of your lease. At least that is the case with us and we are 2 miles west of you.

I’m trying to decide whether or not to sell some rights in Alfalfa County (26 Township 29N Range 9W). There is a well (German 1H) but I can’t seem to find any figures for it. And not real sure how to interpret them if I knew the numbers. Any help would be appreciated. Tks Jim

I think you can get gas but oil is harder. I have a website I pay for.
Wells close to the NE Cherokee unit, which my family has interest in several sections: 19, Township 27N, Range 10W; 25, Township 27N, Range 11W; 24, Township 27N, Range 11W; 21, Township 27N, Range 10W. I know there have been some good wells close but not sure how good.
There is a German 1-36H that has averaged about 50 BOD and 450 MCFD of gas. There are other good wells in Township 29N Range 9W but you are close to some sections in Township 29N Range 8W, Township 28N Range 9W, and Township 28N Range 8W, so they need to be checked for wells also. How much are you thinking about selling? I’ll do some looking later today.
Ron, How did you get the figures for that? All I can get is the initial production numbers. Is there a way to get ongoing production from the OCC?

Wow!! Thanks for the info… I know they have completed seismic and are processing the data in my areas, and hopefully they will drill soon. Do you think the JV will accelerate drilling?
You can do a lot more with money than you can without.
