Your are probably correct. There is a well over in Stephens county that has been drilling over 110 days.

XTO is leasing in 28 4S 2E and 34 4S 2E.

Here is the permit for the well with SHL in 4 and the BHL in 9.
I know it is but they are just producing enough to hold the lease. It is a vertical and does not pay well. I know XTO has bought wells from Jones in the area. XTO could make it pay good but that Is just my wish.

The OCC shows that the Rose well is still active. A look using Google Earth looks like there is still activity there.
XTO moved three of their seven rigs to Marshall Co. The four rigs left are

Now that my drilling permit has expired and the Location Excepton hearng is not until 4/8/13 I guess I can try to generate some patience.
