Carter County, OK - Oil & Gas Discussion archives

Daniel, they need to frac and complete. I am thinking towards the end of the year

Ronald,

Have you heard anything about the tank farm, XTO, was going to install on section 30 3S3E?

Ronald,

I finally got it. The still have the lateral to drill. Well a couple of more months at least.

Ronald,

That will be a nice time to get a big check, just in time for Christmas.

They are near td on the Duibel, circulating and flaring gas from the bore. This is good news pre frack returns with circulations.

Ronald,

Are you thinking of the first check? Fracing only takes a couple of weeks and then the tanks and plumbing. I am talking about the first production/sales.

I think the next well is the Indian Hills 1-4H9.

Daniel, the Indian Hills is next

Looks like someone is protesting the new multiple wells in section 32 03S 03E. There is one well there now, but XTO, would like to drill 8 more.

I think this might be the first multi unit well in Eastern Carter Co.

Can’t find anything about WIN,LLC on the net. I just did a cursery search. Anyone know anything about this group?

The attorney listed does title opinions among other things so that might be a clue

Paul, I am reasonably sure they will drill the Indian Hills as soon as they complete the Duebil in which I have mineral interests. They scheduled mine to drill in 39 days and they will meet or beat the deadline. That will make the rig crews happy as they get bottomhole bonus for an early finish. My last report showed them less than 1,200 feet from bottom and they were already flareing gas from the returns which is a good sign. Then they frac and set up tanks , and connect wuth the nearest pipeline. Your chances of a good well are excellent.

Hello Ronald & Daniel,

I have a surface & mineral interests in Indian Hills 1-4H9, so that is good news… I was thinking that XTO may have a production report by July…

That’s great Ronald! So we are neighbors then! My great-grandfather had to dig a new water well every 3 yrs or so because the oil would contaminate the water! Therefore, we have known about the minerals on this property for decades… nice that XTO is taking it serious now.

Will, sorry I don’t have an answer to your question.

I have minerals in the bottom, Sec 36 of 4S 1W and have not had any lease offers. What section are you in?

Have minerals in 4S 1W Carter County. Have leased to XTO twice with no drilling to date. Leased for 3 yrs, $250/ac, 3/16th royalty both times. Leases expire soon and am not inclined to lease at same terms again. Any ideas on when, if XTO will drill I this area? Has anyone received better terms in this area? Thank you.

Ann,

If they do another continuance, I guess I will not get anything in the mail.

The hearing was Monday, so I guess I should find something by next week.

I don’t know, Daniel. Rather than wait for my mailed copy, I would start looking on the OCC site under documents starting the day after the hearing is scheduled.

How long does usually take to hear the results of a Location Exception hearing? I suppose I will get a copy in the mail.
