W J, We have the 14-C-9 partition ruling. One would think that there would be more that went to hearing. I would say most are settled after the threat due to heirs having to hire an attorney to defend their minerals. That sounds real American doesn’t it? You mentioned going through a couple. Care to share any on that so, others who may come under fire of a partition can be informed? We know a lot about them but, our family decided to settle before the hearing.

Once Again; I highly recommend using the Weekly Report as a guide to finding out when your leases are permitted. The leases show you the District, map and partial number and as they are permitted you will be able to match up your lease to them. The permitted lease will have a wealth of info for you to follow up on. Feel free to ask questions about the Weekly Report, lot’s of folks here to help.
Maybe…they figure by the time they are done drilling and go online the market will rebound. We all know things won’t stay stagnate for ever. There are a lot of if’s involved but, gas is taking over and it’s only a matter of time until prices will go up.

General Info: In 2011, I signed a lease with Antero for 5 acres in Central District, Map 3, partials 13-14, yesterday on the “WEEKLY REPORT”, partial #13 was permitted as a Modification to wells 017-06726, and 06727. The reason for my post is - DON’T GIVE UP, IT MAY JUST TAKE AWHILE.
Arnold that is a little inspiration. I signed a lease with Antero FOUR years ago in September, 2011. Nothing yet, It is in McClean District and I know a couple of years ago I was told the name of the Unit would be, ( and I guess this could change) is Banner Unit/ Tobar Unit. So it is nice to hear this Arnold from you and give me hope. As far as Noble, I think I already told you for the Oxford 97 they called me and said because of the low gas prices, they were not going to Frac until sometime in 2017. (BUT ALL THE WELLS and it think there is 8) are DRILLED. “Head up and High Hopes”
Would anyone happen to know if Antero has drilled a new well on Laferty Run?? I am not sure in Doddridge Co. where that is. but about a year ago I was told that was the next well for Antero to drill and then would be closer to mine. As for mine I know it is located on Heflin Property, McClellan Districe and for tax purposes 05-10-10 not sure if that is map and parcel?? The unit will be called the Banner Unit. If anyone hears anything, PLEASE let me know… Thanks

Ah, I apologize for giving insight into what you already had. Currently the Horizontal Drilling is drastically reduced from the past and I suspect it will be a long while before there is much additional drilling. I have one parcel that was permitted and drilling has been postponed to 4th quarter 2016 or 1 quarter 2017.

Hey all! We have some rights in Doddridge Co. Deed book 279, page 146, 3 tracts under Jarrett/Bork. Could anyone find out some info on it for us? That’s all we really know, but EQT has contacted us about it.
