If you want to talk to Jordan, he can be contacted at Murray Land Services.

I am sure that he will pay you top dollar!

Deborah,

Hi, neighbor, I see they have giving you notices that they are drilling a multi-unit well. Their is plenty of water in the area, so don’t worry. I don’t think it will be 6 months before they drill as they have a rig in the area, but once the well is completed, it will be 6 months before you get a check. Now you wonder if it will be worth going to the bank for. I guess if your bank is close it will be. This is a quick way to figure it. I will do it for 100 BBD well, at 3/16= 18.75 BBD for 1280 A mineral owners. Now divide by 1280 A = 0.0146 Barrels per Acre, times you 13.5 A= 0.1971 X price of oil, I will use $95.=$18.72 per day or abt. $561.74 per month minus taxes, etc. So, if you are lucky they will hit a bigger well and make it worth your time. I don’t think I would start spending any money yet as some of these oil companies don’t figure it the accountant way. And you won’t be getting a check till almost the last quarter of the year.

Virginia, thanks so much for the info.

Looking at the Corporation Commission page, I see where they spudded the site on 27-21N-3W On January 27, 2014. Fingers crossed!

Deborah,

Was that a multi unit spacing? They have changed the spacing on 23-21N-3W to 640 spacing again. Wish they would make up their minds.

Hope you get a good well.

W Schweer All I was able to find was a spacing hearing pending for Feb.18th .

Can anyone point me to the pooling order docket for 4-21N-3W?

Thank you Ron

From talking with a friend in the area, she made me believe that the rig is on Section 27, 21N, 3E is on the old Frank Coffey place, which was a grandfather to my late husband Gary Gerst.

Just got back from Hayward Garfield County, once we turned north from 51 to 74,I have never saw so much pipeline in my life, going every different direction. Yep I was right, the rig is where the old gray shingled farmhouse stood. Turned around at Hayward Lake Road and just looked for awhile. Time will tell

Have to renegotiate an expired lease near Hunter. Anyone had a price offered lately? Should be better than 3 years ago.

Going rate is around $800 per acre but depends on the operator. All of our acres are around Hunter.

Linda thanks. That is kind of what I thought it would be. However that is a pretty good proven area and here where I live in SouthWest Garfield County they are just starting to lease rights and that is what we are getting here. Would hope to get either more bonus or more royalty.

MD what section , township and range ?

When I drove by the horizontal well on Section 27, 21n, 3w, I was amazed at all of the equipment on the pad. Do horizontal wells take more equipment? Saw where the water was being pumped somewhere from the south of the farm. Just very busy, pipeline being laid to the well not completed yet, but close.

Could find no permits . Here are completion reports for wells next to 15.

That is a spacing # you had the pooling has not been filed yet .

In another county forum, Ms. Pflum pointed out how to research a Court Cause ruling for pooling. It was very helpful, but I have done so for Cause 201207753 and still have questions. Why would a company, in this case Devon, go to court for pooling and then not act on it for over a year? There was a flurry of mailings in late 2012 and then nothing. The last document in the cause is missing details of the mineral owners that had appeared earlier in Appendix A so it’s hard to know who is included. I am wondering if anyone has a better view than I have of permits or other activity that might be pending for Section 15-20N-4W.
