Clint - thank you for this great information! Our family owns land in Township 18, Sec 34&35, 18N and 6W. I see several permits around that area but nothing specific to ours. Can you assist with any permits or activity there? Thanks, Andy Lewis

I don't see anything in that area although I'm not to good at this Oklahoma mapping puzzle. Someone else might see something that I don't. Good luck in the future for some production and royalty checks for the family.

Leases have been going for around 800 to 1000 an acre for a four year lease for 3/16 royalty with no option. Ours is around Loyal, South of you. Our land is 16-17N-9W.
Generally, stay away from the option
