New to this and trying to get an idea about land valuation for land in Artesia NM Section 15, T10 South, R26 East. Any help appreciated.

Maybe that’s a typo, and I’m not looking at a map, but I’m 99% sure that t10s r26e is quite a ways into Chaves County and thus pretty far from Artesia.
