Apparently what I need to find is "deed book instrument No. DB 31/419 and 48/193.
That would be book 31 page 419 (and maybe other pages) and Deed Book 48 page 193 (and maybe other pages). Call Dodridge Clerk ofd Court and ask how many total pages, ans how much to send. Might be good to get certified copies since Ifor Ritchie) it is only $1 more per document. Have fun with this.
