I just got updated offer from ACE for 2-6N-3W for $1750/acre 3/16 3 years, $1350 for 1/5. They're not currently offering 1/4 there.

Also been contacted by a couple of other landmen, but don't have anything in writing there.. One of those started at $200 3/16, until I mentioned to him that he was way out of the ballpark on rates. Said he'd get back with me if he can be competitive.

Just thought you might appreciate the info.

Okay, thank you. It gives me more confidence to hear from others receiving offers. Our acreage is in Sec. 4-7N-3W. I earlier mistakenly said Sec. 2. I do appreciate the info. Carol
