I have basically the same lease. I have not signed. Still trying to work with KODA but it’s a struggle. All I am asking for is the same lease I had with them in 2019 but they seem unwilling to move in that direction. I have a small amount of minerals so they tend to ignore many of my proposals. With so few minerals I may end of being a “participant” as I don’t have too much to lose.
