I believe we are related, at the least we inherited a partial share of the same property. My husband is Joe L. Givens and he is the son of Judy Bays Cochran and nephew of Herbert Bays II. I just saw your post and we have also received 2 letters from Alamito Minerals but have not responded. Additionallly, we just received a letter offering $500/acre 1/5 3+2 from Clay Johnson Oil and Gas Properties, and have not responded to that one either. After reading the posts in this group, it seems like that is a lowball offer. It would be great to get in contact via phone to discuss with you
