I own the mineral rights to some land east of crescent and was recently contacted by a landman wanting to lease them. What kind of price per acre is this going for? thanks

We have been paying 500-700 an acre in the eastern half of the township depending on location. Hope that helps.
$650.00 to $700.00 per NMA and 3/16 to 1/5 (with the right company) royalty!

steven, have you heard of the "favored Nation Clause"? I know the oil companies do not like this clause but it really is fair to the mineral owners.

Depending on the size of the interest we have done favored nations clauses before, but is limited to the section in which the acreage lies in.
