My apologies - I was writing too fast and not proof reading when I posted this response. You are correct it should state "my interest..." I listed only the wording pertaining to the mineral listed and quoted direct from the will. The items that are not listed have no relationship to the mineral rights. Thank you

if so, it 'might' have bequested all interest to you, but we can never know without the full wording of will paragraph - the bits and pieces presented don't count (in a court either).
