Life is not fair - someone has claimed mineral rights that belong to me

My apologies - I was writing too fast and not proof reading when I posted this response. You are correct it should state "my interest..." I listed only the wording pertaining to the mineral listed and quoted direct from the will. The items that are not listed have no relationship to the mineral rights. Thank you

"my intested in 100 acreas of land" I'm assuming this is written in will as 'interest' ;

if so, it 'might' have bequested all interest to you, but we can never know without the full wording of will paragraph - the bits and pieces presented don't count (in a court either).

you can get county records online, most if they are not too old. You need to get the deed and ask the oil n gas company for a new lease, and yes family or not you will have to sue to get what was yours. I have 4 members in family out of 18 who have been collecting for 30 yrs. I didn't know I owed 335 acres of minerals until a new lease was needed to drill new wells.
