Ann,
I would give the operator a call and ask for the DO. If XTO is the operator, here is their number…

Martha XTO Has 2 well in sec3 in 7S 1W and a pad site in 6S1Wsec 35. Do you have it leased to anyone? I believe it will be drilled. if it were me I would not sell. I don’t know how much you own but if I needed money I might sell some of it . I hope this might help
Hi everyone, I am new to the group (and wish I had found this years ago). But have been receiving multiple purchase offers for rights in Section 29 & 30, considering whether to cash out on a portion. High offer right now is $5250/acre, up from last year ($2600), and $900 in 2010. I usually just stuff all these letters in a file and forget about them, but this is starting to add up for a gal who recently retired. So, my question - are there companies any of you would recommend for getting purchase bids? Is there anything particularly exciting going on in these sections which would make you want to shake me and tell me one more time never to sell? Have had lease payments trickling in for 50+ years but nothing more … (2013 bonus payments were best ever by a long, long shot). Thanks for any advice you have!
Martha you failed to say what township and Range you are in.
Thanks so much for the update - it’s leased to Continental Resources for next two years. Maybe will sell small parcel and keep the rest … good dilemma to have, in any case!
