There is a fair amount of activity here. You should be able to generate a good offer.
If you do want to sell, it is in your best interest take your time and make sure you are selling to the highest bidder. There are still a lot of well-funded mineral buyers in Eddy County. Don’t be pressured by any deadlines and don’t take the first offer.

That requires a lot of homework to research the best buyers in your area. That can be done online or by searching the real property records near your lands. There are a number of mineral managers/brokers who would be eager to help you do this as well.
