Robert, Watch Payne County current activity to the south of you in 19N-01W. Devon offered me $350 3/16 in 17-19N-01W Payne over a yr ago and that was before they drilled the Peach 1-20. Since then, another company offered me $300 1/4 or no bonus and 1/5, but I’ve not leased. I’ve heard Red Fork lease offer in 10-19N-01W Payne was $400 3/16ths. Red Fork is horizontal drilling Sec 2, 10 & 14-19N-01W Payne and thinks it’s one of their best areas.

Cook 2-24 H located in 24-20N-01E API # 3510324550 was completed 08/25/2013 and 1st production was 09/12/2013 from Woodford 154 BBL/day - 406 MCF/day.
