@Quentin Voyles: if it were me, I'd be some further research before I signed and returned the DO. Yes, those dates on the DO are important. If the company has not paid you, they may owe you interest. I believe the OK statute states if any payments are not made within 90 days of first sales, if it is for any reason other non-marketable title, they have to pay you interest. I'm sure someone on this forum with more knowledge than I will jump in with info. Just be patient, Quentin. That's my 2 cents.

Recently sold some minerals, I am looking to reinvest.

Does anyone know of any good landmen or companies to contact?

Thanks!

You might contact Ryan Story via this website, he's a highly recommended landman in Oklahoma.

Highly recommend Ryan Story.

Does Ryan Story have a website? I put his name in search but only found discussion groups where he replied.

Ryan Story, www.mineralrightsforum.com/profile/RyanGStory?xg_source=profiles_me... You can friend him on the this forum and then send a private message and then he can email you directly. If you have a problem post again and I'll see what I can do.

we have been approached about selling mineral interests in Carter and Pittsburg County. We wanted to get a sense of recent activity and pricing levels?

I just joined in hopes to gather information about current tonnage lease rates for limestone in and around Cherokee County. Any advice or personal knowledge would be greatly appreciated.

Has anyone ever sold minerals to BCF & actually received a check? Also, what are some ways to look out for dishonest offers?

I am a landowner who has been contacted by an oilfield mud disposal company.

I would like information about what has to be included in a good contract, also procedures such as pre-application tests, post-aplication soil remediation and monitoring, and the going dollar rate. What is your experience if you had drilling mud applied to your land, and would you do it again?

Question: Has anyone in this group that dealt with Devon, currently or in the past, have an issue with the company honoring their "No deduction" clause? If so, I would appreciate it, if you could private message me. Thank you.

Andy, yes- just sent a friend request.

Andy It would be interesting to hear the issue as a company not honoring the no deduction clause affects a broad group.

Can you elaborate a little?

Hi Wesley, I sent you a private message!!! Just now seeing your question!!

Jeffrey Beunier, let me look up my information and I will get back to you on the exact things they charged that I felt did not honor the "no deduction clause." Just now seeing this message. I don't log into here very often. You can also send me a private message and I will send you my email, since I check that daily...

Jeffrey - I pm'd you privately.

I'm curious as to the average length of time it takes to drill a 2 mile horizontal well ? How long does it take to frac a well like that ?
