Derek

Thank you Ron for your help, if I and my Mother have a NPRI would our name be on this list? We are both not listed but are receiving RI. Superior is also sending us RI for gas. I guess that would make us both NON-Working Interests? We also have interest in Sec12-T18N-R2E-NW4-N45 acres, maybe this is what we are being paid on but I hear we don’t have a deed on file so that wouldn’t make sense either? This Forum and people like yourself are so helpful!!!

We also never received a lease so we don’t have any idea what the terms are, Is there a way I can acquire a lease to see what was decided on?

OCC Attorney Jim Hamilton just emailed this to me in answer to my question I emailed him this afternoon concerning 1280 A spacing.

If my Mother signed a DO would that mean we wouldn’t be listed as having to be pooled? It seems as though when 1 question is answered it creates 2 more questions! It’s killing me.

Derek, There can be a lot of problems associated with leasing, pooling and DO’s, so it is extremely important for you to know exactly what you and our mother own.

Hi to all,

I’m curious about the status of the Devon wells at the NW corner of McElroy & Fairgrounds Rd intersection. I think there are three wells drilled from that one location; drilling stopped several months ago but a workover rig or other rig has been there 2-3 times. The legal for location is 8 19N 3E with wells for sections 16 & 17 named Leigh 16-19N-3E & Leigh 17-19N-3E. I suppose that a status of “AC” may mean “active”?? Thanks for any update

Thank you Martha, and yes Ron that would be great. Martha we are in the process of looking to get a Stand Up Title Opinion done very soon, if that’s what it’s called when an attorney has it done and guarantee’s it and would go to court using it to contest oil Co. findings/Abstract.

I have two offers to lease and have spent over two days talking to OCC and trying to search their website with only my information on Sec 10 R01W T19N to find pooling order or applications. I did find 5 wells have been drilled on another data base. Since my address was incorrect on the title I wouldn’t have gotten a copy of any pooling orders but the the landmen found me. Anybody have any thoughts of what to do next. Thanks Rich

Randy here are the reports .

Tonya, How many acres do you own?

I am really confused about pooling. We have unleased minerals and they are drilling as we speak or may be finished. I thought they had to pool before drilling. Is there a chance they will never pool our minerals leaving them in limbo? Very confused…

There are several poolings pending around you . Nothing filed on 10 yet that I could find .

Here is what they were ordered to offer in two poolings in 19n-1w . I am still looking.

I would take it slow and get the terms and clauses you want .

Tonya, what section-township-range do you own in?

You can participate but you have to still pay your share .

i just heard that activity going on 11-17N-4E. did any one have news about that i checked production report on OK website but really did not understand about wells info they have given.

I will see what I can find .

Tonya It happens that they drill before they pool . They still will pay you if you have an interest. Call and I’ll tell you what happens next with a little more info.
