What would be a fair value for usage of the easement they want to make a turn of 300’ to 660’ at around 4400ft. This is to access the sections north of my land I own the minerals but they have not pooled this section.
I just got contacted from Devon requesting a subsurface easement in section 6 to access another section not sure what this is. Any information would be helpful.
Perhaps drilling in Sec 7 or Sec 5, and connecting to some existing feeder line.

If the well in our section 06-18N1w Payne county had a spud date of October 29, 2013- How long before it is actually producing. I believe it is completed. I know the fracking is done. I know they have pulled the drill pipe. There isn’t any gas flaring though. Usually I thought when it was producing you would see them flaring the gas. Also I saw where Larry mentioned Devon sending mineral owners a packet of paperwork, when is this done. Thanks!
GD Morton, what township and range are you in? Devon just contacted me also.
section 6 township 19n range 3e
I would hope there was a pipeline close they could tie into. How often do they flair new wells in Payne County. I have seen a few pipelines zig zag across the county recently. Hopefully this would stop too much from going up smoke.
Terri - for us it was about 8 months after spud date to first check. When they have things lined up they send you a final division order that confirms your interest. After that, the check follows… For us the whole process took about 8 months. We have wells with Devon, Caylx, Truevine and Mid Con. All were about the same process.
Stan and Ann, Thanks so much for the information. I just didn’t know how long it took. Really 8 months isn’t bad at all. Gives me something to look forward to this summer! LOL! Great to hear from you guys. Glad you are being blessed by the oil and gas production. Couldn’t happen to nicer, or more deserving people. I have been amazed at everyone on this forum. They are so kind and have such knowledge that they are so willing to share. It is my hope that all the folks on here are blessed immensely! = )

Seeking info on activity near Sec 14-19N-3E as a mineral rights owner.
We are needing to negotiate a new lease. What is the going rate per acre in Payne County. Thanks.
Where in Payne Co.
Larry what section? Devon is trying to lease me in 17-19N-01W and I’m mapping wells to see the trend, faults, etc.
