Thank you Ron
Does anyone have information on Lease Interest in 18N 3E Section 33 in Payne County and American Energy - Woodford, LLC?
Mary Here is a copy of the pooling. Do you see any names you know?
Dear Ron, Thank you so much. Yes. Not only are my brother and I listed but our Grandmother, Great grandmother and our grandmother’s sister. Now that we have this, what and how should we proceed?
If the Co. correctiy tried to notify you and you did not make an election under the pooling of one of the options in the pooling you get the $300 and 1/8th option 6b . If you think it will help accept my friend request I will give you my # and explain it all to you.

It is from American Energy - Woodford, LLC and is on WOOD16211-001 on 18N 3E Section 33. Can anyone tell us how to find out what this is, track any production and what we should do next? Any help would Really be appreciated.
Dear Ron, that would be wonderful and kind of you. I will be out today and Monday. I would be available to connect with you after that at your convenience. Mary

Is there any talk of unconventional drilling in Payne County?
Ok, thanks
Rob, Yes, unconventional drilling is the catch phrase for horizontal drilling of shale which is the type of drilling in Payne and surrounding counties. The Sandridge video applies.
I received papers from Devon on hearings for two more wells (another in the Mississippian and one in the Woodford) for sec 06-18N -01W, Payne County. There is currently a producing well in this section. First sales were Feb. '14. Does anyone else have any other info on these two new wells they are planning on drilling? Have they been permitted yet, etc.?
Is there a website that shows each of the sections in Payne county reflecting where drilling is happening? I don’t really have a concept of exactly where our family’s sect. 4, 20N, 3E is in relationship to the current areas of drilling.
Clark,
I just received the DOI for the well in section 6 last week. But I also received a hearing notice for two additional wells in section 6. Thought someone might know something about the new wells.

Ann this will get you started .
Can someone tell me where I might find the “rules” for how an oil company tries to find an heir? They said the looked for my deceased father’s heirs, however, other mineral owners would of been able to tell them my last name now. Oil company said they searched in 2013, however, I did not find out about this till 2014. So, my choice of participation has been lowered under the other owners. I do not know if they ask other owners or what the “rules” are for searching. If anyone can point me to those Statues or Codes, I would appreciate it.
Thanks!!
OK state law requires oil and gas companies to send a letter to the last known address of the mineral owner of record, but your father may still be the last mineral owner of record.
