Oryx buying Targa’s crude oil gathering system in Permian. A lot of time spent announcing midstream deals on this thread because, as we have seen from the affect of takeaway capacity on prices, who your operator has for midstream takeaway is a big factor on the prices they are able to get.

Noble spinning its midstream assets into a separate entity. Apache did the same thing, and the investors who purchased the spin off have taken a beating. Seems like a pretty transparent attempt to raise capital.
