I have a 6K/A purchase offer on an interest I own in Grady Sec. 26-7N-7W. Camino has two wells in process on this parcel: Pokes and Cowboy and approval for a multiunit horizontal well on both. Camino tells me I should see royalties before end of year. Is anyone getting better offers in this or other adjacent sections?
The position of the wells leaves room for more infill wells. Sections just two miles to the east of you have multiple infill wells. That is probably why you are getting the offers.
We have portions of 96 acres in 32-7N-7W. The lease recently expired. It was with Rebellion but I suspect it was resold to Camino. Should we offer it up for lease?
If you have your name and address and title information properly filed with the county courthouse recorder of deeds, then the landmen will find you if they want to lease. That is where they start.
