Sorry about the late/staggered response I’m out of town dealing with some family stuff that is turning more long term than anticipated. I received a call from a representative of Plains who was very helpful in getting closer to identifying (hopefully) the South Monahans Queens Unit lease and the source of the DO info. One thing she advised I do was to request a “5A Title opinion” from Ward County to ascertain how the DO came to be for the original operators, at least that’s how my sleep deprived notes and mind are interpreting what I wrote down during our call. Are you familiar with what she referenced? I’m hoping I don’t have a high school football term mixed up with an energy production one? Thanks in advance for any and all help with this-m it is greatly appreciated.

My mother died in 2019 and she had a lease with you. How do we tranfer this to me and my sister, her beneficaries.

I’m a property owner…I shared info about the various companies that you should contact. You’ll need deed transfers. My mom passed in 2018, and I’ve had to contact everyone myself and send letters with all of the info. Good luck! It can be a long process.
