No Woodford activitity yet that I am aware of. But Woodford is there..your section is in the condensate fairway on Continental's map. I own acreage in sections 2 and 1 just northeast of you. Do you own just minerals? I have both surface and minerals, and Continental included this area in a big multi township seismic they did last year.

But no leasing activity just yet. I know Woodford shows up on well logs in section 2 and I believe extends Southwest from there.

Sit tight and be patient. They should work this way unless there is some unfortunate geology going on, which is always possible.

Thanks for the update . We just have mineral rights . We do have our section under lease to Bearcat ; However getting a flood of letters offering up to $2,500 an acre to buy rights ... We are going to hang tight ...

Steve & Bob Bearcat Land out of OKC has done a lot of leasing in 3s-3w. I found leases in sections 3,10,11, & 12 for a few

Getting the same kind of offers for 7 & 8, 3S 1E as well. Should we all hold out for a while?

Continental has started the paper work for a horizontal in sec 10 and several other sections in 3s-3w .
