I would like to get a company to drill for oil/gas on my Kingfisher land or at least to check it for production potential.
How do I go about in doing this?
Usually the oil companies will find you themselves by going through the records in the County Clerk's office. They have areas of interest, and they determine the mineral owners in these areas, then contact them and make an offer.
If you wish to get the word out yourself, then at a minimum, your section, township, and range would be needed along with the amount of mineral acreage (if known). There are other places to publicize this.
