Completion report for Goins Section 9 1N 5W http://imaging.occeweb.com/OG/Well%20Records/1DD2BD59.pdf

Poor Harold Hamm. Story in WSJ says he pledged 68.7 million shares as collateral for a personal loan. Says this was right after his ex cashed a check for around $975 million from the divorce settlement. Nice to know even billionaires can be pinched for cash.

saw this about schlumberger on Live Leak. lets hope that this is a short lived dip.LiveLeak.com%20-%20Crude%20oil%27s%20collapse%20will%20cost%209%2C0…

Have been gone a few days and didn’t listen to any news or read a paper. Saw a little snippet on the stock report today something about the “energy rally” helping the stocks. Also telling about the rise of gasoline at the pumps for the first time in a while. What’s the story about oil prices today?

CR moving equipment onto Gentry 1-11H-02X to begin frack. Drilling rig has been moved. 3S4W.

The hole for the Jo Anne is in section 7 02 N 04w I think… Going off memory…

Thank you Jennifer

first sale on Briar 1 and 2 in August 2014 3 and 4 in September. should get D.O.s in March per Margaret Riley with Newfield.

Michael,

From August until March is a long six months.

$48.69 (I had to look). Let’s not question it-let’s just roll with it…

Robert-re Briar.

Four to six months is standard for first production to Division Order. They have to pay by statute by six months or you get interest payments. Seems like forever, but they have lots of title work to do for hundreds of royalty owners before they send out the DO. The first check will be the largest that you receive since it has all the back payments included in it.

Does anyone have any info on 18-2N-4W…thank you

18 02n 04w has the Jo Anne well. Operator is Newfield. It’s been producing since June 2013.

M Barnes-- thanks for the update

#1 (Feb 10, 2014) and #2 (July 15, 2014) Briar are both completed.

Up a couple of bucks today.

A few more facts are that there were still five Honeycutt rigs in the air. The location on the NE corner of section 22 looks finished and has a stake with the orange ribbon flying from it. Since it was Sunday afternoon I found no one to talk to about the wells. The Kelly wells look like they may also be in the perforating stages.

Gonna have a little lunch and then post some pictures, hopefully!

and we Love You Too!

Robert for Briar-Look at it this way, you will get the high prices from last year on your first check! The first six months are the highest production as well. So a happy thing. Just remember to save out about 50% for taxes from those first few checks, so you don’t get a nasty surprise later. Then after those are paid, you can have fun with the leftovers. My mom (who passed along her minerals) had this great saying: Spend Some, Save Some, Share Some!

Keep a watch for the DOs. If you don’t get it before the six months date of first production (different for each well), you can demand the statutory interest payment of 12% if you have clear title. (6% if it is in question) Not a bad rate!
