The article hubby cut out says Online Chat on Tues. at newsok.com/business/energy but I could find it. I found where it would let you post a question but never found the live chat. Probably that “Nut behind the button again” lol Hope someone else had better luck than I.
Hutch…we’re a long ways from Clinton. Guess we won’t make that one.

This was in the Oklahoma today. Suppose it’s talking about today’s Tuesday so I’m clicking in.
ONLINE CHAT
The Oklahoman energy team will be chatting online with readers at 10:00 am Tuesday at news ok.com/business/energy. Editor Adam Wilmoth and reporter Paul Monies will answer questions about oil and gas, local companies, industry trends, as well as the latest on utilities, renewable power and environmental regulations.
Hutch- I think I’m going to try and go. Not sure I can pull it off yet, but seems like it would be a smaller meeting and easier to get answers. I didn’t see where it is being held but I’m going to google it and see what I find out. Also I saw the Poteets listed on the Monday docket calendar. Guess we are getting closer…
I see the location of the meeting is right there in the article. Where are my glasses??
Wonder if they are delaying because of low prices or if there is a problem…? Hopefully waiting for prices to go up a bit!
Correction it’s in Clinton.
Jen, I’ve been checking OCC case processing (over and over and over again) but so far nothing posted. Hope they don’t reschedule again.
I think these 3 rigs drilling in sect 22, 2n4w are the Yannells by NFX. There is a new pad in the section that I was hoping to be a CR multi-section heading north to section 10.
John…I really can’t remember which direction that new well is going from the north side of 22. It could be the 7th Honeycutt if there is suppose to be a number 7. There were five rigs drilling the Honeycutts at one time (were three left standing the other night) and the first one was drilled around the same time at the Branches were a couple of years ago.
Thanks all for the encouragement to hold on to our mineral rights. Got same notice that Diane did.
Again thanks! We’ll hang on.
John…I am thinking the three rigs still up in Section 22 2n4w are the Honeycutts. The Yandell’s have already been completed and on production I believe. Are you talking about the new pad close to the highway 29 on the north edge of section 22 as the new one? I’ve forgotten what someone on here told me it is going to be named but I believe they said it’s going to be headed north under the highway through 15 and the section north of there so would that be 10 2n4w?
Just received offers for section 8 02n 04w $14,000 per acre. (Had an offer about 2 months ago for $25,000.) Also received one on section 7 02n 04w for $10,000 an acre. The offers came from Cardinal Energy for Black Hawk mineral partners.
NFX is drilling the Goddard in section 9, 2N4W. Surface location is in NE corner of sect 16, I believe on the same pad as the Wright #6.
Just received papers (“Relief Sought”) for another multiunit horizontal well on sections 8 and 17. 1N 5W. Cause #20308309. Yeah! And royalties from Oceana haven’t even come in yet…wish they’d hurry up!
Virginia 1H-9
Oops, I need to apologize to all of you that were celebrating a plan for a new well on section 8 and 10 1N 5W, and that took my word for it. ItHas been pointed out to me that the CA number matched Oceana’s number and that the legal papers purpose was to make clear to all what percentage of royalties would be paid to section eight and which to section 17
… I hadn’t completed my comment…again I apologize for my mistake. this is a perfect example of misunderstandings that can occur in attempting to understand all these legal papers… besides…I MEANT. SECTIONS 8 AND 17 (Oceana). So Sorry!
