The Jilek 44x-33 well was actually abandoned at one time. I thought that our minerals would revert back to us. But was recently told our 2003 leases did NOT have a Pough clause in them. And that allows White Rock to claim “held by production” as other wells in the lease are still producing. Interesting that formally the spacing in much of that whole area was 1280 acre spacing with 8 wells per spacing unit. Now, looks like all that has changed and now I see a lot of 1920 acre spacing. If that is what has to happen to get well drilled, then maybe that is good for all?
