Slowly unraveling. An investor group just filed an objection in the docket stating their claim for payments. This docket entry represents 356 investors that collectively invested 42 million. No payments since May 2024. This is getting ugly indeed.

I have a lease that BS violated and my brother and I have an interest in a horizontal well. Thanks fir the information on the 42 million from the Partnerships. I’m reading the Motion now.

You are wrong on your “understanding”. I am a mineral owner and involved in this mess because of the gross incompetency of Barrow Shaver. I have a Pacer account (a paid Federal Government Docketing System) and I see everything that’s going on with this case. The $67 million is unsecured debt to vendors and it doesn’t include Rose City Resources. The cases between Barrow Shaver and Rose City Resources are still unresolved. Vendors were unpaid for their services and vendors who were owed 9 million initially forced Barrow Shaver into involuntary bankruptcy. Are you a creditor? Are you a mineral owner?

Just saw some new entries in the docket. Many creditors are objecting to payments to ORRI and questionable WI as these may be part of the estate and should not be paid until resolved. From reading the objections, it seems that most if not all of the ORRI and WI is not of record. Profrac’s objection to these payments is very thoughtful and they are owed over 15 million. As someone with minerals under lease to Barrow Shaver and Rose City, it’s interesting watching this unfold.
