Several attorneys post on the forum. If your aunt lived in another state, you need to probate with an attorney in that state and then file a foreign probate in OK. You can go through the bar association of any state and look up oil and gas attorneys or family estate attorney specialists.
Actually, you do not necessarily need to probate in both states. If there is no need to probate her estate where she lived, you can just probate in Oklahoma.
