Shelly The production from Feb. 2011 to Aug. 2012 was 1440 BO and 296 MCF gas . They don’t show anything after Aug.

Posting for Joni Gray:
Woods- 24-28N-18W I have a MINERAL RIGHTS lease & a DO with Chesapeake for a well that has been producing for over 2 years in Woods County, OK. I just received another DO in the mail from them that I am trying to figure out. It did not come with any advance notice or good explanation for what it is for. – I’m not even sure if it is for a different well (& if so, what well it is), or is a new DO to replace our current one. Is it common to have multiple DO’s?? Is there an expiration time on DO’s?? Joni (in Nebraska re: property in OK
Ron: Do you have any idea if they produce these wells at rates close to the IPs ? I have some small interests and can lease or participate with Sand Ridge on a few and Continental on a couple.
$3.6 million +/- to drill and complete. Thank you for any info.
Steve If you want to give me some sections, township, & range I can look for production information.
Nick and Ron: Very tempting to participate. With some of the good IP’s on the better wells, it appears they would payout in 4-5 months. I don’t live in OK, so harder for me to get info. I have small interests in multiple sections in 28N-20W. What do you think?
Be very careful of participation. The operators are using other peoples money & their economics will naturally look lots better than someone using their own cash.

Morehart: one month of sales reported @ 26 MMCF & 2.7MBO
You don’t have to pay a royalty owner so your 3/16 to a 1/4 ahead of the oil co . The WI is all tax deductable . You can do any amount of your interest you want . I’ll look at 28n-20w .

It’s a call that may need the input from an experienced reserve estimator from the area. There are a few very good wells in the area but, many more dogs. How to find the next “sweet spot” has not yet been determined.
Horizontal plays always seem to complete as a producing well but, MANY times they don’t recover enough reserve to pay for the well. It takes several years to know if it will or not. IF you can keep an ORRI, it always pays.
I wish I could be more helpful.
Thanks. What are best rates I can get if I lease?
1H is normally the well number designation with ‘H’ for Horizontal.
