11-5N-7W - 15 Net Mineral Acres Open Available For Leasing

I have 15 net mineral acres in Section 11-5N-7W Grady County which are currently not leased and are open and available to lease. Do Not Want To Sell. I'd like to know what the best lease offer might be.

We have 22.5 in 10-5-7, and received this offer recently. Did not accept, and haven't heard from him again.

Just for your info, in the section next to yours.

We would be interested in leasing this acreage at $1,250/ac (3/16th royalty) or purchasing the acreage at $3,000/ac.

Hi Curt, thanks for your reply. I received an offer of $2,500, 3yr, 3/16 lease the other day from Lowry Land Co for CLR but I thinkk that is too low. I was told that CLR is planning on drilling it this year so I asked for a 1yr term but they haven't responded back to me yet. Let's stay in touch and maybe together we can get the best offer. My direct email is [email protected] Thanks, Greg Moore

I had that acreage leased to Unit, and they didn't renew last Nov. They did get something going in Sec 9, however, not sure what they ever did with that...named Barbara, it seems, you can look it up.

I don't want to deal with these things anymore, so I am willing to sell, and we have several in Cleveland Co. (We are from Norman) that I would like to get rid of, as well.

Did Lowry also offer to buy?

-Curt

I might be able to help you. Are you wanting to sell or lease? Are you still in Norman?

Curt, let me know if you want some help. I'm pretty good at finding the best deals. Are you still in Norman? Maybe we can get together and I can go over with you what I've been able to come up with so far.

Thanks for the nice offer, John.

The only reason I need help there is because my wife's health won't allow me to travel to Norman, as much as I would like to.

My brother and I got our properties from the parents' living trust, I am the Successor Trustee, and my brother has since passed away, so now I need to deal with 3 County Clerks to straighten up that mess for his 2 daughters.

I had some advice from an attorney there in Norman a while back...hope he is still there in case I need one. I understand OK doesn't recognize probates from here.

I could provide you with a list of our properties if you could provide an email...never know who is reading this.

Have you always lived in Norman? We went to HS and OU there in the early 50's, married in '54 and moved to Californa in '59.

-Curt

Hey Curt, well you're welcome I'd be glad to help if I can. Yes I've pretty much always been in Norman. I graduated NHS in the late 70's and OU in the early 80's. The list you mentioned would be a big help. My email address is [email protected]. If you like, please just send me a quick email and I'll reply with my phone number so maybe we can talk on the phone if we need to. I've only been to California a couple of times but I was always glad to get back to Oklahoma!! I hope to hear from you soon. Thanks, Greg Moore

Curt, I haven't received anything from you yet. I was just wondering if you are having trouble with my email address? If you are, then maybe you could send me your email address through this service and I could message you with my phone number. I have attached a file with some information to this message which you can view that might help. Either way, just let me know if you think you still want my help and I'll be glad to do what I can. Thanks, Greg Moore
