We own mineral rights in section 12- 1N- 4W that we are in a lease agreement with Continental. Does anyone know if there is activity in that section and how will I know when they are going to drill?
CR, I don't see any drilling activity yet but Marathon and Continental Resources hold some leases in that section and one of them may be planning to drill in the future.

There is a permit in section 15 and applications in section 23. Both are about 2.5 miles from your section 12.
Hopefully we'll see some more action in 1N-4W in the near future.
