I was just offered 1750.00 an

XTO and Continental are battling it out to see who can lease or pool for the Woodford horizontal acreage.
Echo is a group of folks at least some of whom used to be with Chesapeake. They are generally offering higher than going rate in my experience.
A couple of sections in 3S 4W have pooling hearings this week, so you may want to see what the results of those are and then compare.
