Continental Resources is heavily leasing in this township. I have open minerals. What is the going rate for leasing and selling? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I recently negotiated for $400/acre bonus 3/16 royalty with NTX for a Dewey Sec. 31 19N-15W property. Not the same township you listed, I know, but thought I'd offer the info. NTX offered $300 in their original request to lease, so I got them up a little. Probably could have done better, but I'm still new at negotiating.
As for Continental, I recently leased property to them in Grady Co., OK at a $500/acre bonus and 3/16 royalty. They offered the $500/acre bonus in their original lease. I know that doesn't help you for info on Dewey, but it does tell you they are fairly generous, as the majority of bonus amounts I see in initial requests to lease from companies, no matter the area, run from $100-150.
