Does anyone know where you can go to find WV intestate laws. My grandfather died December 1949 intestate in Tyler County WV. I have one oil company saying intestate laws say one thing and another the opposite. I have tried to find out and cannot find anywhere to go to find this data. Thanks for you help in advance.
