There are at least two sections currently getting offers, so I thought I would create a more general topic so the information can be combined. I have received a filing for section 25 and lease offers that include both sections 25 and 36. Let me know if there are others and I will update this post. I currently have about 4 net acres in section 25

I have received an offer from Rough Rider Resources, LLC. When inquired, they said the did not represent an oil or drilling company. Does this mean they are just trying to inject themselves into the middle and take some profits that I could get by dealing directly with the representatives of the oil or drilling company? Does anyone know anything about Rough Rider?

The initial offer has increased to:

• $2750/acre for 1/8th royalty
• $2250/acre for 3/16ths royalty
• $1750/acre for 1/5th royalty or
• $0/acre for 1/4th royalty

Usually the offers increase the longer you wait.

I read another recent post somewhere that said the going rate was about 2K with 1/4 royalty, but it was for another township. There might be some variance for different locations and different types of wells.

Randy, I agree that the longer you wait the better the offer. Per , it looks like there are still better offers in and around this township.

There’s a $5K bonus per acre | 3/16ths from April in Sec. 20, and more recently, $2,250 | 22% from Echo in Sec. 1 in the township to the East. Even higher bonuses further north.

RRR, LLC doesn’t have anything filed yet on okcountyrecords.com. Also, it looks like they just incorporated Aug. 24 2018. I wouldn’t necessarily hold it against them, but it might be good to figure out their intentions.

Randy, Thanks for heads up… Receiving offers in line with what you have. Have talked with rep for eneco llc but nothing firm yet. Also Echo showing interest. Bruce
