Could anybody else please share with me a lease bonus offer they have received.

For what it is worth, we leased mineral rights in Block 48 in Pecos County in February 2017. 3 year lease offers started at $1,200 per acre and ended up at $6,000 after six months of back and forth. Highly recommend using a lawyer to negotiate a lease contract.

I'm a fellow mineral rights owner in Block OW, Pecos County, which is adjacent to your Block 48. May I ask which section(s) in Block 48 your minerals were in that you leased in Feb. 2017 ?

Hi Walker! We were offered $4500 pnma for 3 years with no extension. We are in section 247, block 13, H&GN Reeves County. Our research indicates that this offer is very low. A word of advice... don't jump at the first offer you get. If you talk with any Landmen on the phone be careful to not indicate you need to sell for medical bills etc. It is like blood in the water to them. In other words, don't show your hand to them!
