Does anyone know what an acre of mineral rights sold for in Canadian County in August, 2011 or any month in 2011? I am trying to establish a cost basis for the sale of my mineral rights in 2019.

The price would be very specific to Section, township and range for that time frame.

Sounds like what you need is a retrospective mineral appraisal. This would establish the value of your land back in 2011 and hopefully keep you from paying the full amount of long term capital gains tax.
