Our Culberson CAD appraisal is a 200% increase over 2009 values. Does anyone have any idea what is behind this increase?
Usually caused by production and price increases. Is this the mineral appraisal or surface?
Wade thanks for the input. I am just trying to educate myself. For years I merely cashed the checks (quite small) and paid the taxes. I assume they are mineral appraisals. My grandfather acquired most of these interests and they have been significantly diluted. At any rate I now have the time and interest to pay attention.
