26/8/7 Grady County

Jusr got a notice of hearing for a horizontal wellin 26/8/6 County. Camino, strange thing is that the petition states that the company has drilled the (horizontal) well. I assumed that you had to get the permit beforehand. Was this an error in drafting or can you ask for retrospective approval?

Permit to drill dated 10/13/2021. Spud date of 11/21/2021.

Well Name: CLARA LUPER 0806 23-26-1WXH

Interim orders were to be reopened 12/21/2021

There were a whole set of cases that went with those two sections. Started back in September.
202101942, 43, 202102295, 202102919, 202102920. Occasionally, they get a bit behind in the paperwork. The beginning estimate of 33% in Section 23 and 67% in section 26 will be adjusted once the survey of the well is completed. Since they are drilling a well north into 14 and a well south into 26, they may drill both of them before frac’ing to save money.

Camino drilled the Clara Luper well and will complete in the Mississippi formation. I imagine the hearing you are speaking about is to establish the proper section allocation for the percentage of perforations in each section. I doubt the well has been completed yet so these percentages will be temporary (33% to Sec. 23 & 66% to Sec. 26) and there will be another hearing to establish the exact percentages after such time as the completion is finished and they know the numbers. In a sense, the paperwork is nothing more than a formality. Hope you get a good one.

The Clara Luper and Robert Kalsu both have been drilled and put on line
