Since everyone has been extremely helpful here I thought I would ask for any information on this location. These were inherited mineral rights and we signed a lease about 2 years ago on this land. Any idea if/when they may drill? Is it worth it to hold onto these? Thanks so much!
Weld County has quite a bit of activity. There are infill well permits to the south and west of you. If it were me, I would hang on and see what happens.
