I have 22.857 net mineral acres on 3/16ths royalty. Wondering if anyone has some competing buyers in the area or an idea of what a fair price per acre is these days.
You might want to hold off on considering that buy offer. Ovintiv just filed for four additional horizontal wells in the Meramec. Quite common to get mailings when the Increased Density cases are filed. You could have some nice wells in a few months.
