Hello:

I have a small acreage in this section which was leased to Chesapeake when I purchased them. I recently received a lease offer from another company. I have to go check but I assume the Chesapeake lease expired without any drilling activity.

Does anyone have any idea what terms may be considered good in this section/area on the bonus and royalty interest offering?

There is new activity in 26n-16w . Just filing the paper work for wells at this time. Activity in 27n-17w. Here is what they were ordered to offer in a pooling as close as I could get there.
