I am under a lease with Echo until Oct 2020. Now they want to buy my mineral interests in the same section 32-1S-2W totaling 5 acres for $8K an acre… I checked and Echo assigned 90% of my lease to Continental. What likelihood is there that a well may be drilled in this section? Echo has sent out several OCC reports on their attempts to make the section a unit.
