Nice! This area is a little window that happens to be thrusted, so you may get some zones twice. Continental is the operator, but some other companies are trying to get a piece of the action. Was it Echo?
Negotiate on this one. Be very careful of the lease terms because this is a pretty good offer but a very complicated geology. Might go up a little more, but it is the best I have heard so far. If you need help on the clauses, come back to us.
201405726 is the Cause Number for the pooling in 25 which is catty corner to you. You might not want to sign anything on 31 until the orders come out on this one, so you will have a feel for the going rates. Continental is trying to pool 21 zones!
