I've got minerals in S32, T15N, 1W, and have been offered $100 NMA with 3/16 royalty. Could you please tell me: (1) Who your offer is from, and (2) What the primary lease term is?

I was offered $250 lease bonus with a 3 year term and 3/16th royalty. I have minerials also in Section 32 TWP 15 N ant Range 1 East. My offer is from from Jackfor Land on behalf of Sundance Energy, Inc. Who was your for? This came in via email September 26th.

Mine was from an attorney on behalf of Petra Energy, LLC (which is not an operating company, simply a way to gather minerals).

After just finding out I had 82ac. mineral rights in Jacksboro,I was offered $100.00 and 3/16

this really seemed low.
