Does anyone have information on ACE Energy LLC ? Has anyone dealt with them in Texas? Any information on them is appreciated.

There is a ACE Energy in OK and Dallas with a website which says it leases and purchases minerals. I do not know anything about this company and it may not be the company you are talking with.
They have a Central Expressway, Dalllas TX address. They gave me am offer on some property in Upton County. They called about one property said they were a small company. When I said I had several they reseached and came back with offers for over 60 properties many are not producing currently. They sent a purchase agreement to sign which has consequences allowed by law.
Be very cautious with blanket offers like this. You would want to make sure you have good information on every property as to whether or not it is leased, whether or not it is producing, if you have funds held in suspense, if there is any future drilling planned, etc. Any buying company intends to make a profit off of you. They have to cover their overhead and they have a very defined business strategy. Mineral owners have to protect them selves and also have a strategy, keep their records up to date, etc. If I were to need to sell, I would get multiple offers and pick the best one.
I personally had dealings with Ace Energy a couple of years ago and do not advise any interaction with them unless you retain a lawyer. And broker payment by wire or cashier’s check in exchange for any signed agreement.
