Are you getting offers for a new lease or are you held by current production from the XTO Energy Inga Federal well 41X-29C? It may have been temporarily shut in due the COVID demand drop.

I wouldn’t say “always”. Many times they are, but sometimes are not.
Are you on the east or the west side of the section? You need to ask the landman if the Inga Federal well is finished because you may be held by production. Or ask it they are leasing a different horizon.
I’m pretty sure the 4-well Inga Pad is sliding down the hillside. I think the wells are all plugged or being plugged. Same goes for the Thorp pad to the East. Poof, there goes $50m of capex. Federal Badlands ND is no joke. I threw out all of my maps in 2017 but I would be shocked if there are a lot of other great places to put another pad and develop Secs 29/32.
I’d be curious who is attempting to lease you? Mostly cause I wonder if XTO has the stones to try to run it back there. $400/nma doesn’t sound too great.
And yeah those were my wells. Sigh.
